Expert Witness Testimony Dr. Mullaly is familiar with the laws of the commonwealth and is licensed in the Commonwealth. Since 1975 Dr. Mullaly has continued to take formal education courses in forensic psychology. He possesses a demonstrated paper trail of certified courses. Because of this education, when he presents himself as an Expert Witness he can site books directly, since he “owns the books and has read the books” He does not use secondary references. Psychological characteristics, level and quality of motivation, personality traits, psychopathology, and historical behavioral patterns often have significant bearing on legal issues, and the outcome of a case may rest on the expert testimony regarding a litigant's psychological profile. Dr. Mullaly's reports are comprehensive, defensible, based on objective data, and able to withstand rigorous scrutiny in court. He will do whatever possible to answer the questions at issue, and to assist the tier of fact in coming to the most accurate conclusions. |
